Miles Barker is a true New Yorker—born and raised in the city, with NYC as his lifelong playground. He began his restaurant career over three decades ago at the legendary Sal Anthony’s, where he learned every corner of the service business. From the kitchen and behind the bar to working the floor, he became a General Manager, curating high-end private events with care and attention to detail. His sincere love for people from all walks of life and his warm, welcoming presence make him a natural on the floor at Isabelle’s, where he ensures every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Outside of work, Miles is a proud father of twins
